As far as I know the concept of odugu has its basis on dvija sidhdhantham which was and is the root cause of caste system...state sponsored encouragement of this practice amounts to violation of fundamental rights...evadaina eellaki gaddi pettetollu untey bagundu...poti padi Mari buffoon la lekka chesthunnaru...
