If it helps , I don't cook , I just throw in some assorted raw veggies , tofu/paneer and drizzle some olive oil with some base quinoa /rice (which can be done v easily in instapot, doesn't need attention)

I leave to work at 6 and go back around 9, I don't cook for more than 30 minutes, but I just don't feel very motivated to cook tbh.

I leave at 7 and come back at the same time. Great idea is to eat only one meal a day. Saves a lot of time. Keeps your brain sharp ...this raw veggies with raw protein will keep u going for entire day

They do maintain safety standards I believe..just eat healthy stuff u won't need to feel so bad
