Ma lab facilities enzymatic screening varake undi. I spoke to other biology labs in the department and valla facility lo MTT chesa. MTT assay is cheap. So allow chesaru. Western blots are costly kada.. antibodies and all. So, vallani adaganu kuda ledu. 

He wants..pharmacokinetics in animals and efficacy on mice xenograft models.

Western blot is not expensive to be honest, I mean if you make your own gels. Gel transfer chese equipment evari daggaraina untundemo department lo. Antibodies kuda, if it's just rat IgG, it's not too expensive.

Invivo ne, but neeku small molecule conjugation ochinattu untundi idi cheste. Usually full body fluorescence imaging ki facility untundi some schools lo, maybe they can do this for you after you inject it in mice tail vein injection.
