Researchers find no support for claims of fraud in Bolivian election

MIT researchers say there isn’t statistical support for the claims of vote fraud in Bolivia's October election. Evo Morales claimed victory before the military-installed government charged the incumbent president with sedition and terrorism.

on a side note.. they have 2 capitals.... Sucre is the official and judicial capital of Bolivia, while La Paz is the seat of the executive and legislative branches of the national government.. :giggle:
