Hello Vaishali gaaru. It becomes a scam when the mother and sister of the guy is blackmailed everyday. It became a scam when she went to his village and blackmailed his parents and then spread rumors about that guy in that village. It is a scam when she spreads rumor about another guy having a STD. It is a scam when she posts personal details of ppl who trusted her and helped her in this DB. It is a scam when she creates fake profiles to abuse other girl ids in this DB. The biggest scam is saying she looks like Anushka and Laila aka Lailushka(Thanks to Chittimallu for naming)
