should i accept a job offer for lower position ?

currently working as senior software engineer va  ft   no issues 

linkedin  through one company contacted me ,interviews done  now they are offering only software engineer and not senior

pay difference is about 8-10k more

o my that was a really a question? it boils down to ur life style and people u work with i guess. That is my take though...I cant really make a choice for u

no brainer .. in FT you should always try to ‘jump’ to a higher position..how does the career path progression look at both places.. if you can quickly move up in the new job take it .. else NO..

If it’s in other company and there is scope of improvement in future ,less pressure In job definitely yes!

No if it’s same company

company matters no , top company aithe ok , but same level company aithe you can ask them about the role
