Anyone recently did mortgage refinance? please suggest good company with low fees and closing costs.

I got a quote from couple of lenders and they are charging lot fees and points

went from 30 yrs 4.125 to 20 yrs 3.5 and no PMI. almost same pay chesthuna monthly before and now

I recently did using cashcall mortgage, their closing costs were low. Provident funding is also good.

I did already but changing two points.. closing cost too much und and for one i got through costco closing cost and lender fee is very less but interest rate konchem ekkuva vundi.. over all APR chusukunte costco de takkuva vundi

which credit union bhayya? penfed usually requires 760 credit score.. nadi around 730 undi

These are the two lenders i am currently working with, the current rate i locked as of yesterday is 2.625 with 0 closing costs for 15 years refinance. I spoke with them today and they said to wait till this weekend to see the rates as the fed cut down the rates today.

if your home value has increased in value,

good credit score(too much undalsina avsram ledhu),

and interest rate decrease aitey

I went with a local area credit union

I used poli mortgage

initial 30 years in 2018 4.25% suntrust vadu ichadu,

2019 lo refinace cheyincha with poli mortgage vadu 25 years ki 3.875% ichadu and veedu loan malli sun trust kay ammukunnadu (manaki em farak padadu evarikina manam pay cheyalsindey kada)

 

2 weeks back malli poli mortgage tho matlada vadu 3.5% for 30 years and 25 years annadu and 3.25% for 20 years annadu, but ikada chustey better unnai other than poli mortgage

yeah rate thakkuva and also closing fee lekunda kuda chepthunnadu. Check it
