okay..

i am not super fat now.. i am 5ft 8 in and 32 size pant vestanu. But intermediate days thighs fat undi... last few years lower abdomen add ayindi..so, i thought to should start doing something.

few weeks ga weights start chesanu... in-door convenient...cardio ayite time taking ani..anta dedication inka ledu

its called skinny fat or dad bod. idi common for all desis ani antunna @Scada

asha for flat belly and 6 madathalu only for youth antunna @TOM_BHAYYA
