BMI calculators will be there Google for it nee height ki entha Weight undali ideal ga ani untaadi... Its not that perfect anthe undaali ani oka 5% deviation is ok..

As soon as you put your details in calculator if will tell if you are optimum weight, under or over weight..

BMI: 21

My diet is very controlled.. except home made fried foods once in a while.. no junk foods/sugars/alcohol at all...

But just this wont help for losing the extra fat accumulated years ago anipistondi. crunches/weights chesta... and some running... to start with.

I am not over-weight. But lower body konchem disproportionate untundi especially because I dont have broad shoulders. So, i want to tone my body.
