I started in June and lost 15 kgs. Now it has become my life style. I started  eating from 10-6 and fast for 16 hours. Then I am doing 18 hour fast ( I have my dinner by 4/5). These days if I don't work out, I only eat one meal a day(I count what I eat , so I take all the sufficient nutrients in a single meal). Control became very easy because of IF. So I'm not gaining back. I became very active in sports also. I make sure I play squash or something atleast four times a week. But all credit goes to IF. Workout only plays 20% role.diet plays the rest

You can try brown basmati rice or mexican brown rice if u r looking for healthy alternative. Cheap and best ee rendu
