Refinancing for 2.65 APR!!

Heard that Fed has cut down the Interest rates yesterday and many banks are offering 2.65 APR for refinancing. Any idea if this is true?

I just refinanced couple of months ago for 3.25 APR. Do they have any conditions for refinancing with in two months of time?

check if there is any pre penalty for paying off early...(no body has such conditions these days)

you should be good to do so

You can refinance only after 6 months. Its a Federal restriction
