Need advice on payig off the Loan

Currently have personal loan of 20000. 

Like to pay of with cash, is it good idea to apply for new credit card and do balance transfer ? 

any one done that before? whats your preferred credit card ? whats pros and cons of this way ? advice please. 

Asalu credit card tho loan katocha, I am not aware of the process either. Thank you.
