Everything else is okay but every store is running out of toilet paper 

Masks, hand sanitizers are out of stock already. Hand soaps are low in stock. 

Most stores restocked everything. Infact they overstocked items like cleaners this weekend compared to last week. 

Food and medicines are so diverse in nature. For example: People buy their food depends on their tastes. Some may buy frozen food, some may get canned food etc. But, what ever their diet is they have to get toilet paper, so chances of toilet paper being out of stock is more than food or medicines.
