next time treat him as something that can't bother you, you will behave entirely different when you acknowledge that others cant irritate you

Ma colleague okadu ilati situation ye face chesa. He used to ask people questions to judge them. Oka roju naaku baga kaali, i told him "ee question valla upayogam emanna vunda... nuvvu judge cheyadaniki thappa ee question endukayina upayoga paduthunda? Nuvvu ila judge cheyadaniki vese questions ki nenu answer ivvanu" ani cheppa.  Na frustration ala teerchukunna. He still asks questions now, he still judges people, he didnt change. But, na frustration poindi..
