Children Custody after Mother and Father Sudden Death?

Just curious!! Whats happens to children born in USA if Mother and father expires in Accident (or) any other?

write a WILL... who will be the guardian incase both kick the bucket... or they will be send to foster care for some time until grand parents provides all legal info that kids are their legal heir...

They will be sent to social workers custody and will be verified for will. Worst situation

suppose h1 parents kicked bucket.. kid is also indian citizen.. ye visa lo untadu?
