robinhood gadu day trades 3 chupisthunnaadu because i did 3..... one more then u will be marked as day trader antunnaadu

If your account balance is less than 25000 it will mark you as a day trader if you do more than 3 day trades in a 5 day trading period.

No issues with h1. At most you will get a fine. Most brokerages block you from trading until the 5 day trading period is over.

There is no definite restriction on day trading by USCIS, but if you do more than 3 day trades in a 5-day trading window robinhood might ban you from day trading for next 90 days unless you a equity greater than $25K.

Exactly....Make sure ur account is >25k if ur more of a day trader.....
