Russians are hitting hard this time...Although Saudi’s can still sell barrel for $10 and make some profit where as for Russians, it needs to be Atleast $20.

American, Canadian shale is ducked up big time.

Russians seems to be attacking this time after their failed Middle East energy deal last year. Russians are now targeting China market, they could soon become number one supplier to China..

Iranian and Libyan oil are under severe sanctions, Venezuela output is not up to the mark...

If Iraniana and Libyan Oil also enters the market, then it would be much more horrible..

friday russia told saudis to ** off, they r not reducing their production. in retaliation saudis canceled the opec agreement of production cuts and increased there own production and reduced the price further resulting in this carnage.

It goes back to 2017-2018. When oil prices peaked, Russia wanted Saudis to cut production so that oil prices stay above the new benchmarks for demand season which OPEC led by Saudi did not agreed.

Then Russia started the new Middle East game. Instead of dealing with Middle East as a group, they have been reaching out to countries individually, starting with Kuwait Qatar. This has furthered angered the Saudi’s.

Since then, Russians have been increasing their market share exponentially.

American Shale will die natural death if price falls below $40. And if the same price continues for few more weeks, American Shale have to shut their shop. They need at least $40-50’s just to keep their shop open..

The target now seems to be American Shale. These guys have been doing really great. Literally replacing Venezuelan output
