Form i134 affidavit of support fill cheyyali andulo vuntay em documents kavali ani you need to upload i134 signed form also

 

mostly bank letters with balances , date of account open last 12 months deposits , employment verification letter , recent Pay stubs

 

applicant cover letter to consulate

 visa passport and i94 copies

 

you can upload them online while filling the form online at additional documents section
