Can we day trade on Robinhood while on H1B

H1B lo daytrades cheyocha? Robinhood lo minimum required 25k to do day trades or you will be permitted to do 3 day trades per 5 days. More than 3 trades will mark you as a Pattern Day Trader (PDT). Please throw some light.

Yes.. else you are limited to 3 day trades in 5 day window.

Nope...only 5 trades u can do in a week...I am lock out today since from 2 days I was buying and selling stocks

I don't think so.. You can trade how many ever you want.. but you can do only "3 DAY TRADES" in 5 days.. More than 3 will place a lock on your account for 90 days.. During this lock down you can still trade but cannot DAY TRADE.

True.. there are two kind of trades "Day Trade" and  "Swing Trade"

Day Trade : Buy and Sell on same day.

Swing Trade : Buy and keep the stock atleast overnight and sell the next day when market opens.
