Connecticut governor is banning any event in the state that would have more than 250 people. School districts have been given waivers so that they can close and not worry about making up the missed days. Sounds like most schools will close.

CT officials: We have enough coronavirus test kits. Our problem is we don't have the infrastructure / facilities in place to actually take samples from people. 
 
Connecticut government officials: Within the next month or two, we expect 10% to 20% of Connecticut residents will have coronavirus.
 
CT gov officials: We are looking at opening daycare centers (infants to school-age children) for doctors and nurses with children so that parents can continue working.
