First of all your cousin needs to get her own student/work visa to enter US as the guy already has GC. Not sure which companies sponsor H1 for pharmacy. Another option is Ph.d in USA .

She has to write few tests and can work as pharmacist

She has to clear some exams. Then she has to work as an intern. Only then she can register as Pharmacist. 

COuntry to country different untai pharmacy rules. So, she can't have a direct opportunity like software guys have.

Chala courses cheyali even if u want work as Pharamasit ekkada konni exams rayali atleast 2 years course complete cheyali 

D.Pharmacny ante Diploma ne kabatti As a pharamasist ga job ravali ante atleast inko 2 -3 yeas sadvali...

bhayoo D.Pharmacy ki Pharm D ki masth farak hai... Pharm D ante Doctor in Pharmacy (equivalent to Masters program).
