High Gathering is prohibited man... Marriage halls and any pre-arranged marriages untill mar 31 are allowed .. after that, they adhere to subjective rules..

You can still marry without gathering large number of people.

Function halls will be closed.. and they have to follow govt orders.. if you want to get married in your house, no one is objecting to it..
