Yes, definitely can spend a couple of days if you want to escape all the hustle and bustle of daily grind if you are in India. best way would be to rent the hote/resortl for a couple of days stay

I went there 2 years back... Not bad for a day of entertainment for kids. No way in comparison to USA theme parks, but it's got little bit if everything. 

It's hotels are occupied by 90% wedding/ company meeting /convention people. Don't expect a family crowd even in Sitara.
