I have my home closing in mid april . Down payment 20 nunch 5 chedam anukuntunna. I locked mortgage at lowest rate . Epdu skip cheyyala closing or not ani chustunna . Skip chete will lose my 16k till i have invested . I am buying it around 420k and have job security

I locked around 3.5 but inka rates paduthae one time chance ista annadu lender . He is preferred lender and if go with him i get 6k credits . 5% ki pmi 85 dollers vastundi so worth it to have liquid cash anukuntunna. 
i cant postpone closing day vaalu fine vestaaru . Either skip it or take it

Got with 5% down. Better to keep cash in hand now.. 85 dollars a month. Even if you put that 35k in a savings account it will give you more than 200

Elago i paid 16k till now , may be i will not pay a penny more and will down 3% if allowed

I am at 4% for 30 years now.. Waiting for the right time to refinance..

Closing date April lo antunnav gaa, it deffianatly taggiddi atleast 3.2 ala anna ayydddi
