nenu costco lo epudu konale... even then seling something that is 15 or 17 at 20 is hardly gouging... It is probably to cover some other charges where he is paying employees more in this situation which is absolutely ok.

The OP was posting as of $20 rice bag is a stretch....it is actually far from it... its not like thats a multi fold hike

emo mari okapudu when there was shortage of rice import into US, they were much more higher priced... also right now rumours float aithunnai that rice import into the US will be slowed down or stopped... so could be because of that... you cant label everything the same (even though I dont know what exactly is the case here) because they hiked the price, it could be for various reasons. Konni stores lo employees are scared to work and are saying they dont want to ... poor guys cant get a WFH option like many IT folks here in this DB... so maybe the store people have to pay more to tempt them to work ayyundochu.. Unless I see something thats being hiked multi fold like the TS's post, I dont see a big issue
