Woman Arrested After Threatening To “Cough On Cop”

A cop in Los Angeles came across a woman this weekend whom he says was parked in a handicap spot without a decal. He says when he approached her, she became combative! The woman claimed she had corona virus and threatened to cough on cop and give him the virus. Well he arrested her felony criminal threats.
