naaku oka doubt ...when the market is doing good and you signed up for home purchase for lets say 100k and right now because of this stupid virus...not sure if is going to happen in real estate(house market decline in prices) in next 4 to 5 months. Do you still purchase the house ..if the house price fell by 40 k ..it is loss to buyer right..in this case what happens..does the seller work with buyer based on market price during escrow closing? please throw some light

Just abandon the purchase man.. no one will peek anything.. with this uncertainty don’t buy now .. house price is not impacted yet but price drop will soon start...

Bro oka 400k home price enthaku padipovachu dallas lo . I have closing next month and planning to keep it for next 5 yrs .
