there is no way to increase immunity it's only possible by healthy lifestyle  and vitamin c supplements won't help much either but it's better to take citrus fruits servings than supplements and if you have diabetes or hypertension used medications suggested by your physician because they can effect your immunity and remember there are no short term ways to boost immunity

Exactly short term lo nothing can be done..adhi chesthe raadhu idhi chesthe immunity perigidanta ani think cheyyatam kantey better to take precautionary measures like avoiding crowded places, cleaning your hands  and staying home etc might help us the short term
