Housing market inka emi slow down kaledu bro. All the corona virus things happened so fast that people still don't know what is impacted and what is not.. Also most of the high paying jobs moved to remote so they are not that impacted and these are the people that buy homes. Also the interest rates will come down in the next 4 to 8 weeks and if the rates are at 3% for a 30 year mortgage, no way prices will come down..
