Well a stay at home wife will cook for me, clean for me and take care of my kids. It costs 40 per hr to get someone to cook for you everyday, another 50$ per hr to clean for me everyday and a nanny costs 20$ per hr. That is a 110$ an hour job. That is a net positive. So why would I divorce her?

If you find someone who makes more than that, you can use the combined net income to hire someone do it, or even better work on it at the end of the day. The more you save, the faster you retire.
