Social Media was not spread during Pratyusha or Ayesha case during those times

"A 19-year-old Pharmacy student named Ayesha Meera was raped and murdered brutally in a hostel in Vijayawada."

Vundi vuntae - Convicts might have served atleast few yrs or life sentence for their crime

Pratyusha  case lo political backing undindi.. escape ayye chances are very high

This is mere revenge and we are camouflaging it as JUSTICE. Its only justice until a point where they are punished. I agree they did a crime but killing a person is not human for anyone or any law or country.

The only diff is they did it while they r drunk and we did it with emotion, social pressure and with all senses.

Instead they shud look at changing boys and mens mentality towards girls if not correct them. That will build a better society. Killing do not stop any such crimes towards women.

Parents, teachers and socisties should impact respect towards women since very young age for boys.Only thsi can bring crimes down. Not lifetime improsonments, nor hangings or public decapitation.

No, just lack of fear - msnalni evademi chesthaaru le ani !!

i just don’t understand how some sick ppl think abt humanity & morality while they acted just like cruel animals on a girl !!!  May be cruel animals r better than these b@stards in a way.

And as per you, what do you mean by so called “justice” for these B@stards?? Raaja movie lo laaga May be u should adopt, educate them & make them as CEO’s of Google, Microsoft, Amazon & fb :giggle:.  All the Best bro, but be in  reality !!

Traffic rules example is apt...Asalu manalo evaru India lo even guy whoi just started to drive bike will folow rules cheppu bro okasari...idi ekkadinunchi vachindi? andaru follow avvatledu nenu follow kanu...inthe ga...daniki influence or back up akkarledu..how to see others doing u do the same..we don;t use our brain there...ante idi andari ppl lo unna prob ee..just that if everyone follows, thing swill automatically fall in place. alaa follow cheyadaniki...change from grass root level nunchi ravali ani cheppa...mee father back kurchunnappudu aayana aagithe traffic lights daggara nuvvu aagutav..when he sits at the back when u r driving...alaa if every father does every son does, then this will become a habit...

I didn't say that justice need not be served..its justice to the point where they are punished...Killing is social pressure and we are camouflaging it with justice when its actually is revenge.

Humanity and Morality gurinchi enduku alochistaru ante at the end of the day maku humanity unid avatali vallaki humanity undatam por lekapovadam valla thinking affect aithe inka you are just a mirror image of others..and nothing more..:)

Exactly that's the point - rules & laws vunnaayi, but @athcare mentality killing our society, so dhaaniki fear anedhi vundaali - law & system meedha both respect & fear vundaali. We same Indians here guddh@ musukoni rules ni follow chesthunnama ledha - dhenikantaav, "bhayam" vaadu DL cancel chesthadani, jail lo pedathaadani. Manaki kuda vunnaayi rules but won't follow them as you mentioned chaala liberal ga thesukunnamu.

though they both r completely different topics and can't relate, but when it comes to cruel things done by some "X" - no matter what, they won't deserve any Humanity/Moral Values on them - Strict Punishment should take place. And this is not some robbery/financial fraud but can't even express the torture how a girl faced !!

Simple, valani maarchali antunnav, prathi okkadu crime chesthaaru - emundhi punishment, vaalley manaki chadhuvu cheppi maarusthaaru le anukuntaru strict punishment lekunda vunte.

Severity of Punishment - depends on their crime.

in this case, Yes I will support hanging & even endorse for the extreme punishment given the chance.

ee case lo tell me one genuine reason y the ppl's mentality should change when the fckng b@stards did the crime ??  Forget about ppl, why would I want to change my humanity levels for an a$$hole who did the crime without even thinking about a minimum sense of humanity !!

Will punishment stops the crimes ever - Answer is "NO" but reduces the crime rate for sure.

My take is ..too much access to internet like Porn etc at the same time we don’t have working law system which will allow people to escape easily with Money and Power (ex: Ayesha and film actress Pratyusha) etc. So just imagine if we had any powerful persons or their relatives involved in this case then we might not get    The justice after 70 years... Imagine DB Aunty issue .  .. we don’t know what’s really happend..but people had all sorts of fun with original images..hopefully it wont happen in your near and dear.. yendhukante .. manaki kashtam vasthe ok but manavallaki  ki vasthe aa pain Mamulu ga vundadhu....

Manaki Bayam tho kudina badyatha vundali.. lekapothe prathiroju ekkado oka Sangatana jaruguthune vuntundhi

so be responsible Adhi DB ayina outside world ayina

I am with you on the punishment part...

you need not show any mercy to those convicts...nor bringdown your humanity levels for them...they did the crime , they need to be punished...but what punishment is the question. Capitol punishment do not bring crimes down..No evidence to support that statement

Check this...

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-44922084

they clearly say

These experiences clearly suggest that punishments like the death penalty can potentially have a negative impact on the survivor's access to justice.

Robust laws would in fact have a very limited impact in reducing the crime unless they are accompanied with a change in the attitudes of the police, judiciary, government officers and society.

The second conclusion there is what I am trying to say....Also. Rape crimes have been doubled in India in the past 17 years

https://www.indiatoday.in/diu/story/sexual-violence-pandemic-india-rape-cases-doubled-seventeen-years-1628143-2019-12-13

ee hanging idantha...manollu chestunna revenge natakam and justice has no emotions and hence she is blindfolded and deafened...

Kani mana vallaki instant gratification kjavali and they do not have patience to wait.....for a change for good anduke they are mending the systems to their need and selfishness...idi manam oppukom as we are also part of it..but its the FACT and facts are always hard to digest
