After 1 month

Before --> total cholestrol : 177, hdl : 23, ldl: 129 ,ratio : 7.7 , triglycerides : 125 

Now ----> total cholestrol : 167, hdl : 21, ldl: 126 ,ratio : 7.9 , triglycerides : 101

Bhayyas , 1 month strict diet and exercise follow avvatam jarigindi . other values very small improvement unna , HDL maatram padipotundi . ento ardam katledu . really frightening me .  HDL kosam daily 1 avacado, walnuts,almonds , weekly 3 times salmon fish tinna . weight decrease iyya oka 5 kgs in a month . oka pakka corona tension .oka pakka idi

Any suggestions .  #$1

chala takkuva tintunna food. only morning oats , afnun quinoa , night 1 chapathi . 5 kgs tagga weight in 1 month . but no improvement in hdl

Running or jogging chei regular ga but don't do too much dieting  modati ke mosam ostadi

gyms close chesaka 1 week gap vachindi . but cheyali atleast in home

Nothing to worry about at all. Your LDL is 120s .. you goal is to bring it down below 100 over a period.  We only treat Hypercholesteremia if individual has any other risk factors for stroke or heart attack. 
 

Take a chill pill and do the following 

1. cut down oily food

2. try to limit carb intake 

3. keep working out 🏋️

breafast oats , lunch quinoa , dinner 1 chapathi ,lots of fruits .height 5.10 , weight 74

why my HDL is going down bro .any idea how to increase it ?
