you may be right. im wondering why triglycerides and ldl improved in a month . but hdl dropped

Bhayyas , 1 month strict diet and exercise follow avvatam jarigindi . other values very small improvement unna , HDL maatram padipotundi . ento ardam katledu . really frightening me .  HDL kosam daily 1 avacado, walnuts,almonds , weekly 3 times salmon fish tinna . weight decrease iyya oka 5 kgs in a month . oka pakka corona tension .oka pakka idi

Any suggestions .  #$1

HDL is more about body activity than food...

1 month back minimum no workout at all .but once i started  to workout atleast half hour  daily ,now my hdl dropped 2 points.  :(

dont worry bro.. concentrate on improving stamina.. start lifting some weights.. dont do drastically but start somewhere.. (ippudu gyms undavu.. corona situation.. do whatever u can at home..)  give it 60-90 days... you will notice difference..

ok bro . have dumbells in home. need to do some workouts with them .

I was in same boat below is helped me to stabilize the numbers . 
 

1) 5 badam , 5 walnut and 5 peacons overnight soaked and had it for breakfast. I have increased the count and stopped at 10 each

2) Add green leafs or raw vegetables to the diet.

Inam just sharing my experience bayya . It helped me my HDL:51; LDL:120: Triglycerides:67

utti avacodo etc thesukuntey HDL peragali ani rule emi ledu man... nee body lo Blood cells saharinchali kuda kada... just make sure LDL level is maintained

oh avna, im having same to same diet, except peacons . i will include it in my diet. 

Earlier HDL entha bhayya ?

true bro. but low HDL is fine ? how much is ur hdl ?
