I have been doing wfh for almost an year now and work wise, pedda teda emi ledu in fact, work inka ekuva ayindi...

Physical activity ledu assalu, almost two weeks ayyindi and already 5-6 pounds gain ayina weight, real appeal ani home work out videos vunayi, just started doing them and I find them much better than cycling or gym..

intla kusoni kusoni evaranna tindi ekkuva tintunara ? Like eating more than what we eat normally ? appetite etlundi ? 

I have been eating like 4 times a day ever since the lock out started...and no activity..!!! and irregular sleeping pattern...

10 to 12 times tea

Step1. Google lo vizag ani type chei....

Step 2.  images tab  paina click cheyyi 

Step 3. Start beating 

Step 4. Clean your hand with santizer 

Step 5. Repeat the process
