apartment damage charges

Bro,

i have vacated a apartment recently and moved to another; the old apartment guys sent a bill of 3000$ damage charges; they mentioned carpet 1000$, blinds, Dishwasher, kitchen etc and made amount of 3000$

Is there a way i can reduce this amount , can i go to any consumer court; please share your  thoughts.

Did you take any photos before you vacated? You can ask them to show the damage.Nenu just a month back vacated..apt vaadini pilichi Anni chusuko raa ani cheppa .. kitchen lo edo damage ante showed the photo the day I rented it..ani musukkni gave back the deposit
