It looks like the amount is going to be transferred to their bank accounts. There will be some system for them to collect the money from their bank accounts

do you have a better idea than this govt is currently taking ? 

as of now the intention is to impose curfew and support the small wage people by giving some ration... what do you think should have been done better than this?
