Action is being taken to support such people, In uttar pradesh, Yogi is giving 1000 rupees as imemdiate releif measure...in short, 1000 rupees to stay at home for 8 days and supplies from PDS system

in Telanaga, efforts are being made to ensure supplies to downtrodden and BPL families...free ration, 12 kgs rice.

In AP, similar feature..Grama Volunteers will start distributing supplies to beneficiary households..

in most states, such schemes are being planned...its a developing issue and will only get better by each passing day..

Not entire UP is under lockdown. Only 16 districts unnayi prastutaaniki. Essential services anni nadusthunayi.

 You know how many people go to banks on day to day basis right ? SBI is a favourite pass time for majority of indians , esp the elderly and people in rural areas. Atleast some operations need to be halted for 2 weeks before anything gets worse. Even with increase in Yono and all a lot of people come to banks everyday citing app issues as well. Just for a week aina aapite baagunnu...arranging some alternative ala...or restricting people movement

On a separate note, some industrialists  came forward and announced financial help to daily wage workers. Don't know the modus operandi of it
