Why NOW is the best time to buy a new Grand Home

 

In 30 days or so when all of this is over, and life returns to normal, and it will, the following things will happen.  These things alone will force the price of new homes to go up quickly making, now the absolute best time to purchase a new Grand home.

 

1 - All the families who had planned on buying a new home early this year (the selling season) are currently on hold.  As soon as the world returns to normal, and it will, they will be back out with a vengeance ready to purchase their new home and get on with their lives.  There will be thousands of new families pouring into our beautiful model homes ready to purchase their new home.  This will create a logjam in the system and this influx on new buyers will force us to raise prices of new homes.

 

2 - We're also expecting many new families relocating from areas like New York, California, and Washington state as those were the areas hardest hit by COVID-19.  This influx of relocation buyers will also put a strain on an already logjammed system again forcing prices to go up.

 

3 - The logjam that I've mentioned twice now, will have other side effects as well.  Because of this logjam 30,000+ families will affect every builder in Texas.  We're expecting there to be a shortage of trades (which is labor) and materials due to the high demand of being sold so quickly.  In short, a shortage of Labor and materials will cause the cost of Labor and materials to go up (product in demand, basic economics).  This again affecting the cost of building new homes, which will cause the prices of new homes to go up.

 

In conclusion the ripple effect on prices related to what will be in great demand once we get past this time in our lives will change drastically.  Gas prices will go up, meaning delivery charges will increase… on down the line.  If you are able and you need a home, now will be the best time.  If earnest money is a concern, let’s work through that too.      Mike Mints VP Sales Grand Homes

I dont know and maybe my thinking is wrong... nenu andhuke konaledu ippati dhaka illu... im always scared to think about having a debt of 300-400k and to me it outweighs the luxury of having a 4 bedroom house which I dont even think I will use 50% of it regularly

Nenu 5% down chesa, worst case lo aa money potayi. Monthly almost rent entha kadtunanno mortgage payment kuda same undi ee plan tho convince ayi konna, but ilanti times lo anipistdi wait cheyalsindi ani@~`
