Regular purchase of goods and commodities is allowed. So one can go on streets , buy the grocery but mass meetings not allowed .. 

If business are run till 6 but public roaming is not allowed , while several threats are in place, don't you think it will cause confusion and panic.

people who choose to self quarantine at home, did not follow the rules. Literally there were many violations...There are estimated 20,000 people in a city like Hyderabad...tickling time bombs if they do not stay at home. KCR's threat f cancelling passports is literally directed at them...

So, before issuing a dire threat, if we follow regular procedure then KCR has to convince Union Home Ministry to make an amendment in the citizenship laws again so that KCR will get a right to cancel the passport, both the houses of parliament needs to be convened and bill needs to be presented and then get it passed, make it ana ct and then cancel the passport...this is the procedure and Do you think its quite possible now ? 

Or threatening with dire consequences will help sail through the situation now ? Permanent solutions teesukune antha  time and resources lev kaka...crowd control and lockdown imposition kosam chese prayatnalu ivi...

From USA to Ethiopia no country has permenant solution to this problem .
