If corporations receive support funding from the government, 
it should be in the form of a loan with strict conditions that prohibit dividends 
and stock buybacks until the loan is repaid, should include at least a freeze, 
if not a reduction, of CEO and executive officer compensation as long as the loan is outstanding, 
and if not repaid within 5 yrs, it should be converted to an equity position in the company. 
Politicians need to think like bankers when providing such support to large corporations to be good stewards of the taxpayers money.
