no one is strongest or weakest its all time ... they are off gold standard in 1972 becuase gold scarcity and started paper money... edaina surplus ga untey daniki demand undadu or unna tagguthadi. Rest of the world dollar tho link up ainaye .. dollar demand would be different when there are 1000 of it when compared to 2000 of it ?? is this wrong or am i missing some thing ??

You are right. In fact, 1922 lo Germany ide daridragottu mistake chesindi. They minted money to cover up for economy...inflation shooted  up so bad that....people literally used that money as wall papers ...paisal Chala Ekva aipoi, Dani value padipoi ....it ended up being nothing more than a piece of paper.
