all people who need assistance to do complex works in daily life. (driving, going out..etc) , or live alone and are registered as medically impaired.

there are few people got affected with corona virus still roaming around out of this box.. some of them are even being charged for intentionally infecting others in public places

if corona virus infected people are locked down properly this should not have happened

In USA - there are no official rules. Most of the country is officially open, including domestic flights. dine-in restaurants/ dentist/optometry are the only places i know which are asked to close.
