KCR, KTR and DGP, they have issued orders not to close hostels and Mayor gadu tindi kuda pedutha annadu, woh bhi free...

That's like a thumb rule...labor hostels lo ne kadu kada, motham city wide bandh ayindi...

Nijanga kuda hostels konni musesinaru...not all the hostels are closed. A fraction of them...may be 50-100 odd hostels at the best case and with in one day itself, orders came to open the hostel..open cheyakapothey policodu vachi open cheyistadu...

ie saaku cheppi, hostels open vunna kuda close ayindi kathalu cheppi AP ki poyyetollu vunnaru...look at check posts, ledu ledu anna oka 20k-30k people vunnaru from all classes of people, of whom so called hostel lo vunde batch maha aithe oka 10% vuntaru

Agree with Android Halwa upto some extent

Police started issuing NOC's  from early morning yesterday . Most of the students, workers and owners of hostels took them. Also some visitors who were stranded here took the NOC's . As soon as they got NOCs people started leaving in bikes and cars.

There was no permission from AP during this time. Telangana DGP in the evening issued statement that NOC's are not valid and told people to stay back and will take strict action against hostel owners if they close down. Also GHMC said that they would provide food 

By this time lot of people have already reached borders

Later in the night KCR spoke to Jagan and solved the issue.

There was no co-ordination between AP and telangana till KCR intervened.

Anyways its an extra effort to AP government screen all the incoming people into various camps and then let them go

BTW  all of them are people from Andhra region belonging to various castes/communities

Dont demean them by calling them "Dhed",
