కరోనా వైరస్ వ్యాప్తిని నిరోధించడానికి తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం చేస్తున్న ప్రయత్నాలను పలువురు ప్రముఖులు అభినందించారు. ప్రభుత్వ ప్రయత్నాలకు తమ వంతు సాయంగా పెద్ద ఎత్తున విరాళాలు ప్రకటించారు. శాంతా బయోటెక్నిక్స్ అధినేత, పద్మభూషన్ శ్రీ కెఐ వరప్రసాద్ రెడ్డి ప్రగతి భవన్ లో బుధవారం ముఖ్యమంత్రి శ్రీ కె. చంద్రశేఖర్ రావును కలుసుకుని ప్రభుత్వం చేస్తున్న కృషిని అభినందించారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి సహాయ నిధికి వ్యక్తిగత సహాయంగా ఒక కోటి 116 రూపాయల చెక్కును ముఖ్యమంత్రికి వరప్రసాదర్ రెడ్డి అందించారు. 

కెఎన్ఆర్ కన్ స్ట్రక్షన్స్ అధినేత శ్రీ కామిడి నర్సింహరెడ్డి కూడా ముఖ్యమంత్రిని కలిసి తమ కంపెనీ తరుఫున కోటి రూపాయల చెక్కును సిఎంఆర్ఎఫ్ కు అందించారు.

లారస్ ల్యాబ్స్ సిఇఓ డాక్టర్ సత్యనారాయణ, ఇ.డి. చంద్రకాంత్ చేరెడ్డి ముఖ్యమంత్రిని కలిసి తమ ల్యాబ్ తరుఫున ఒక లక్ష హైడ్రాక్సి క్లోరోక్విన్ టాబ్లెట్లను ఉచితంగా అందిస్తామని ప్రకటించారు. సిఎంఆర్ఎఫ్ కు రూ.50 లక్షల చెక్కును సిఎంకు అందించారు.

మెఘా ఇంజనీరింగ్ అండ్ ఇన్ ఫ్రా స్ట్రక్చర్ లిమిటెడ్ సంస్థ సిఎంఆర్ఎఫ్ కు రూ.5 కోట్ల విరాళం ప్రకటించింది. దీనికి సంబంధించిన చెక్కును సంస్థ ఎండి శ్రీ పివి కృష్ణారెడ్డి ప్రగతి భవన్ లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ కు అందించారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి మెగా గ్రూప్ కు ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు.

కరోనా వ్యాప్తి జరగుకుండా ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకుంటున్న చర్యలకు మద్దతు పలకడంతో పాటు, భారీగా విరాళాలు ఇచ్చిన దాతలకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ ధన్యవాదాలు తెలిపారు. దాతలు అందించిన ఆర్థిక సహాయం ప్రభుత్వం చేస్తున్న కార్యక్రమాలకు ఉపయోగపడడంతో పాటు, వారు చూపించిన స్పూర్తి అధికార యంత్రాంగానికి మరింత ఉత్సాహం.

Several prominent personalities have hailed attempts made by the Telangana State government to curtail spread of Corona virus in the State. They have announced large-scale donations as their contribution to the government’s efforts. Shanta Biotech Promoter and Padmabhushan awardee Sri KE Prasada Reddy met Chief Minister Sri K Chandrashekar Rao at Pragathi Bhavan here on Thursday and appreciated the measures taken by the government. He handed over his personal contribution of Rs one Crore and 116 Rupees through a Cheque to the CM for the CM’s Relief Fund.  

KNR Constructions owner Sri Kamidi Narasimha Reddy met the CM and handed over a Cheque for Rs one Crore to the CM for the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. 

Laurus Labs CEO Dr Satyanarayana, ED Sri Chandrakanth Chereddy handed over a Cheque for Rs 50 Lakh to the CM’s Relief Fund and announced that they would give one lakh hydroxychloroquine Tablets.

Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Company Limited (MEIL) has announced a donation of Rs 5 crore to the CM’s Relief Fund. MEIL MD Sri PV Krishna Reddy handed over a Cheque for Rs 5 Crore to the CM at Pragathi Bhavan. The CM thanked the MEIL Group.

The CM thanked all the donors who made their contributions and for appreciating measures taken by the government to prevent spread of the virus. The contributions made by the donors will support the programmes taken by the government and also inspire the official machinery, the CM said.
