one thing I'm not sure about is once this lockdown ends , will they continue to stop international travel? India may be out of woods but what happens in some one slips though the borders and it starts all over again?

I'm guessing they will not allow international travel for somemore time until all this settles but how long can we isolate the country

do what other south asian countires are handling poor people crisis..

1) by making sure immediate ration and supplies are open entire days not shuttered down. Most of them are shutdown and people have no clue when they will open  opening across 24 x 7 will help avod crowd and open only to white ration card holders and daly wage workers

2) distribute the rice , FCI - food corporation of INDIA ani okati sachindhi. . let them unshelf the storage saved for draught season and distirbute them for daily wage worker as india laready declared this lockdown as emergency. Let government open the emergency to next level as food draught for the daily wage and poor.

3) provide immediate transport to avoid group migration of poor people , by seperating thos groups by state - by  distirct coding and avoiding gathering of daily wage migrant crowds in 10s of thousands like in delhi anand vihar bustand..
