NewsFlash! USCIS Providing Flexibility in Responding to RFEs, NOIDs

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced todaythat, because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it will extend the deadlines for responding to requests for evidence (RFEs) and notices of intent to deny (NOIDs). For RFEs and NOIDs dated between March 1 and May 1, 2020, the USCIS will accept responses submitted within 60 calendar days of the original deadline.

Is this for people who replies to RFE s between March and April ( who got actual RFE in feb etc)

Is this for people who got RFE between March and April aa

RFEs and NOIDs dated between March 1 and May 1, 2020,

RFE and NOID sangathi sare...what about those whose petitions were directly denied without a NOID, post-expiry of their I-94.... usually they have to leave within 2 weeks...but karona situation lo vaallu em cheyyaali as India is not allowing any international flights...

bhayya na rfe last date may 7th so naku 60 days time applicable ha extra after deadline or needed to be submitted before deadline.

For applicants and petitioners who  receive an RFE or NOID dated between March 1 and May 1, 2020, any responses submitted within 60 calendar days after the response date set forth in the RFE or NOID will be considered by USCIS before any action is taken.
