Visuals emerge of migrant worker exodus in India due to coronavirus

Thousands of migrant workers were seen fleeing metro cities over the weekend after the government's 21-day lockdown, which is also the world's largest lockdown, was implemented across the nation. Many boarded buses from Delhi and other major cities while others travelled on foot. The government announced measures to provide aid to those who lost their jobs and others suffering the inconvenience caused by the outbreak.
