I thought all countries trying to avoid mass gathering and try to avoid groups. Practicality gurinchi alochinche ante time and energy unte all countries on globe should have an answer on how they want to handle homeless people during this crisis. That's not what everyone aiming for.

This is all we are trying to take sides on. When gov impose lock down people want to migrate as if it's a festival/holidays. Doing internal country quarantine is not same as closing ports/POE's.
