Rules intha easy ga unte all US companies will outsource their work pay us salaries to ppl living outside the country. US will lose money outside the country That is wrong companies get penalized and H1 candidates will be scrutinized if caught.

I have colleague on H1B, who works from India (on special grounds) , visits US only 15 days in a year, OR more than an Year also. He never had issues in POE. It has been since 3 to 4 years. He visited once when H1B extension time, luckily got 3 year extension.

3 months fine after that employer has to file taxes in india and run pay roll
