PM-All state CMs madhya oka Video Conference meet happened around 15th March then could have hinted about this possible lock down and ask them to be prepared with alternate arrangements for the migrants or poor people.

Off course super accuracy isn't possible with such large populous country but at least they should have anticipated people's mentality with what happened around Demonetization.

Agree with you bro , but problem with covid being contagious . So he has no other option to avoid Exodus to various places esp rural areas . Atleast they should have thought of providing food , shelter and eventually providing them a safer transport by offering masks etc

The Tamil Nadu government has stated that around 1,500 residents of the state travelled to Nizabackn Delhi for the conference. Of the lot, 981 people have been traced by officials and being tested.

I am not telling about transport which is also risky of crowding but like providing them alternate accommodation say which they do in case of floods or other calamities... may look to put them at schools which are shut now atleast it could have been bit better.
